Strategy as a product, not a deck

The most common fate of a strategy is a 90-slide deck nobody opens twice. For Kerzner International's 3-year strategy, the deliverable was built as a product instead: a site leadership can navigate, interrogate and return to, where the vision, operating model, OKRs and roadmap live in one connected place.

This is a compact recreation of that deliverable. The structure is real; the contents are representative and anonymised. Click through it the way a leadership team would.

Should your strategy be navigable too?

If your operating model, OKRs and roadmap live in decks, there is a more useful shape for them. A short conversation will establish what it could look like.
